For three days in a row now, I’ve skipped a meal — dinner on Thursday and Friday, lunch today. I seem to have reached a point at which I just feel satiated most of the time.

Friday, March 7
I woke up at 9:35 a.m. (after heading to bed at 1:35 a.m.).
Breakfast: 10:40 a.m. | 4 eggs, greens mix, 2 Tbsp. red palm oil, herbs & spices
Lunch: 5:10 p.m. | 4 oz. beef sticks, 1 avocado, 2 carrots, 5,000 IU Vitamin D capsule, Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc caplet
Saturday, March 8
I woke up at 11:45 a.m. (after heading to bed at 1:45 a.m.).
I set my alarm for 8:30 a.m., with the intention of trying to eat breakfast and make it to CrossFit South Arlington for a 9:30 Saturday morning workout — but my morning self had other plans.
Breakfast: 1:05 p.m. | 8 oz. salmon, 2 chicken livers, greens mix, 2 Tbsp. red palm oil, herbs & spices
Dinner: 8:30 p.m. | 8 oz. beef, 1/2 small butternut squash, greens mix, 1/2 sweet onion, 4 cloves garlic, 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, herbs & spices
