Whole30x2: Days 54 and 55

Swamped with other stuff to do, but I should be able to complete a new homework writing assignment tomorrow night.

Here are my food photos for days 54 and 55:

Sunday, March 9

I woke up at 11:25 a.m. (after heading to bed at 4:30 a.m.). I hadn’t realized it was the Daylight Saving Time switchover until I went to bed. I thought I was going to bed an hour earlier!

Breakfast: 12:25 p.m. | 8 oz. beef, 1/2 small butternut squash, greens mix, 1/2 sweet onion, 4 cloves garlic, 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, herbs & spices

Consistent satiation continues. After breakfast, I didn’t even really think about eating again until 11:00 p.m. or so, and figured by that point that there wasn’t much point in cooking dinner.

Monday, March 10

I woke up at 9:25 a.m. (after heading to bed at 2:45 a.m.).

I set my alarm for 8:30 a.m., with the intention of trying to eat breakfast and make it to CrossFit South Arlington for a 9:30 Saturday morning workout — but my morning self had other plans.

Breakfast: 10:50 a.m. | 4 eggs, greens, 2 Tbsp. red palm oil, herbs & spices

Lunch: 5:00 p.m. | 3.75 oz. sardines, 2 carrots, .18 oz. chipotle SeaSnax seaweed, 5,000 IU Vitamin D capsule, Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc caplet

Dinner: 9:50 p.m. | 8 oz. beef, cabbage, red and purple carrots, 1/2 red onion, 4 cloves garlic, 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, herbs & spices
