I actually have a shot at getting to bed relatively early tonight, so I’ll once again cut this short.

Monday, March 3
I woke up at 10:25 a.m. (after heading to bed at 4:10 a.m.).
Breakfast: 11:35 a.m. | 8 oz. salmon, 1/2 celeriac root, greens mix, 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, herbs & spices
Lunch: 4:55 p.m. | 2 chicken livers, 4 eggs, greens mix, 2 Tbsp. red palm oil, herbs & spices
Dinner: 11:15 p.m. | 7 oz. roast beef, sauerkraut
I almost decided to skip dinner altogether because I wasn’t particularly hungry for most of the evening, then just decided to have a quick lunchmeat/sauerkraut meal.
