Too much to do tonight, too little time to do it. I’ll save a new substantive post for tomorrow, and hope that I don’t skimp on the sleep hours too badly tonight.

I woke up at 9:25 a.m. (after heading to bed at 2:25 a.m.).
Breakfast: 10:45 a.m. | 4 eggs, greens mix, 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, herbs & spices
Lunch: 6:05 p.m. | 3.75 oz. sardines in olive oil, 1 carrot, 2 stalks celery, 5,000 IU Vitamin D capsule, Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc caplet
Much later lunch than I had planned, but I wasn’t really hungry throughout the early afternoon.
Dinner: 9:00 p.m. | 5 oz. ribeye steak, 1/2 full head & stem of broccoli, 1/2 sweet onion, 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, herbs & spices
